If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only accepted if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
• A refund request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Electrical or electronic car parts (due to installation use)
• Oils, lubricants, and consumables
• Clearance or sale items

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
